DAY 3 (MTD ANNUAL 21 DAYS FAST)
TEXT: “For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever” (Gen 13:15)
One of the gifts God gave to us to take delivery of our inheritance as we journey in life is the gift of vision. I asked this question two days ago and I am asking you now: What do you see concerning your life and destiny this year 2024? We shall all advance this year irrespective of any adversity or adversary as promised by God but, can you see it? What you see is what you are entitled to. You can’t seize what you don’t see. If you see it, it will affect your speech and action. This means, you can judge what your vision is by what you constantly speak out.
Faith or fear is a product of what one sees. If you see right, you will speak right, live right and act right. You can’t live it until you see it. You can’t speak it until you see it and you can’t act it until you see it. The truth is, you are not entitled to it until you see it and you cannot commit God until you see it. The Bible says: “Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of an almond tree…Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it” (Jer 1:11-12). You must see your advancement before God can be committed to manifesting it.
The reason why your testimony has tarried so long is because you are yet to see it. Your new job will manifest the moment you can see it. Your husband/wife will return home if you can see him/her return. Your wedding will hold if you can picture it held. What do you see? Don’t let your actions contradict your vision because your action will either activate or abort your vision. Start acting in line with what you believe as a proof of your faith and God’s integrity will perform it!
However, what is in this prayer and fasting?
HIGHER SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY.
Prayer and fasting empowers us for higher dimension of spiritual authority. Jesus was just like any other person in His days but, after embarking on forty days prayer and fasting; people began to exclaim what manner of man is this! We never saw it in this fashion! Read it with me in Luke 8:25: “And he said unto them, where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one to another, what manner of man is this! And he commanded even the winds and water, and they obey him.”
PRAYER: As you key into this ongoing fasting and prayer, your question marks shall turn to exclamation marks before the end the exercise, in Jesus name.
DAILY CONFESSION:
This year 2024, I am advancing in adversity because I’ve been redeemed to flourish in hard times therefore my life shall be full of wonders. Amen and amen.
DAY 3 PRAYER GUIDELINES:
- Father, I make demand for the release of all that pertain to me for good life this year 2024, in Jesus name (2Pet 1:3).
- Father, I declare that no adversary will stop my advancement this year 2024, in Jesus name (1Cor 16:9).
- Father, let doors of opportunity be opened unto me this year 2024, in Jesus name (Rev 3:8).
- Father, let your word via Morning Tea Devotional find free course and be glorified in all nations of the earth this year 2024, in Jesus name (2Thes 3:1).
- Ask God for other things (Phil 4:6).
