TEXT: “And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would” (John 6:11)
I found out from scriptures that supernatural multiplication emanates from genuine thanksgiving unto God from the heart. This means, if you want what God blesses you with this year 2023 to multiply in 2024 and beyond, engage genuine thanksgiving to God.
If what you have at the moment is not enough, it calls for thanksgiving. It is a mystery that confers mastery on those who wholeheartedly engage it. Well, many people may not see reasons to be thankful to God for the year 2023 considering the challenges in their lives. But the truth is, if you are not grateful to God, your life will be in one spot. Stagnation is bound to set in when thanksgiving is lacking. You will not be a victim, in Jesus name.
Jesus faced an impossible situation in today’s anchor scripture and supernatural multiplication took place. The Bible says in verse 6: “And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do.” What Jesus knew He would do was thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is not what we give to God because we feel like it, we give God thanks because we owe Him. Let’s celebrate His faithfulness through thanksgiving the remaining days of this year and you will be ushered into 2024 with a new song.
PRAYER: You shall sing a new song before Christmas, in Jesus name.
