21-DAY PRAYER & FASTING (DAY 17)

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“For he shall not much remember the days of his life; because God answereth him in the joy of his heart” (Eccl 5:20)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, speak to me directly through today’s Morning Tea Devotional, in Jesus name – Amen.”
Another secrets to seeing your prayers answered is a lifestyle of joy. Many people miss out on their miracles simply because they have lost their joy. It is not enough just to pray; we must joyfully expect the answers.
Joy is what guarantees the delivery of our answers when we pray. When you are sorrow-free, your life becomes full of testimonies. It is not just the prayer that matters, but the joy in and after the prayer. Wherever joy is missing, harvest is lost. Joel 1:12 says, when joy withers away from men, harvest also withers.
We see this in the story of Hannah. God gave her a son only after her countenance was no longer sad (1Sam 1:18). Abraham also stayed strong in his faith by giving glory to God with a joyful heart and their Isaac came (Rom 4:20). If you have not seen your answers yet, check it, is your heart full of joy or heaviness? I encourage you today: “Rejoice in the Lord always; and again I say, Rejoice!” (Phil 4:4). PROPHETIC PRAYER: I destroy every trace of sadness that has blocked your answers, in Jesus name.
PRAYER GUIDELINES:
- Thank God for grace to maintain your prayer altar since the fasting began (Zech 4:6)
- Pray for God to visit us with massive answers this season (Gen 21:1)
- Pray for the salvation of souls through MTD this year (Matt 28:18-20)
- Pray for the peace of God to be established in every troubled home right now (Phil 4:7)

“This year 2026, strange doors are opening for me, bringing me into my next-level breakthrough and establishing me to reign as a king, in Jesus name – Amen.“
FOOD FOR THOUGHT:
“Joy is what guarantees the delivery of our answers when we pray.”
