TEXT: “Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice” (Phil 4:4)
Today, I want us to examine one vital key that will help our praise to deliver our desired testimonies this month and always. As we discovered from scripture, praise has the capacity to open prison doors. Praise carries in it the power to break any chain of Satan. If you pray and nothing happens, switch to praise.
What is that vital key that helps our praise to deliver maximally?
Joy is the key. This is where the devil steals many people’s miracles most times. He shows you things that are not working and his aim is to steal your joy. If you are not full of joy you cannot be full of praise. Praise works wonders. The more you are joyful, the more you’re praiseful and when you are praiseful you will be wonderful.
You must do all you can to maintain your joy. I like you to know that joy is not the same as happiness. Happiness is conditional and temporary. Happiness can be influenced by the current state of the mind or things, joy on the other hand is everlasting. Joy doesn’t depend on the amount of money in your bank account neither does it wait for everything to be working fine for it to manifest. Joy emanates from the Spirit because it is a fruit of the Holy Spirit (Eph 5:22).
If you must secure God’s Presence that makes your praise powerful, you need to guard your joy jealously. Your joy is what the devil wants to steal from you, not your car, your house, your job, your husband or wife but, your joy. With joy you can get all those things back; so guard your joy with all jealousy.
PRAYER: Every spirit of depression launched against you to keep you down is cast out from your life today, in Jesus name.
TODAY’S TASK:
Give God at least 30mins joyful praise today. Choose a time that will be convenient for you to praise God uninterrupted. Wonders shall be your new experience this month, in Jesus name.
DAILY CONFESSION:
This year 2024, I am advancing in adversity because I’ve been redeemed to flourish in hard times therefore my life shall be full of wonders. Amen and amen.
