TEXT: “Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy rereward” (Isaiah 58:8)
- PRAYER: “Father, I thank you for the transformative power of your Word. As I read today’s Morning Tea Devotional, let your truth penetrate my heart and mind, bringing about a life-changing transformation, in Jesus name. Amen.”
Prayer and fasting is a spiritual exercise that should be a lifestyle for every believer. It is used to disarm the works of the enemy in our lives. This spiritual exercise benefits us, not God. Unfortunately, like Esau, many have sold their birthright because of food. That won’t be your portion, in Jesus name.
When you fast and pray, the Holy Spirit reveals things to you and shows you what to do to overcome any situation you face. This revelation is called light. When light comes, darkness disappears. Light transforms and drives away anything associated with darkness in our lives.
Prayer and fasting cause our spirits to become sensitive. Too much food can hinder spiritual sensitivity. The more you are in love with food, the more your spiritual sensitivity is hindered. Light helps us see things better. When light comes, solutions have come.
PROPHETIC PRAYER: Your solutions shall arrive suddenly this season, in Jesus name.

TODAY’S PRAYER GUIDELINES:
- Father, we ask for the release of the rain of Light, Insight and Revelation via Morning Tea Devotional this year, in Jesus name (Eph 1:16-18).
- Father, grant us, in the Morning Tea Devotional Family, rain of instruction and direction that will lead to open rewards this year, in Jesus name (Isaiah 30:21).
- Father, by light, we are taking charge and conquering territories via Morning Tea Devotional this year and beyond, in Jesus name (Acts 19:20).
- Now, present your requests to God (Phil 4:6).
DAILY DECLARATION: “This year, 2025, I step into my New Era of Dominion by the Wisdom of God and I commit to serving God faithfully by the help of the Holy Spirit. As a result, my Rewards shall manifest quickly. Amen and amen.”
FOOD FOR THOUGHT: “Prayer and fasting cause our spirits to become sensitive.”
