TEXT: “And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten” (2Chro 20:22)

Every story of scripture is to teach us what to do to get answers to the problems we may face in life. The Bible says: “For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning…” (Rom 15:4). It takes high praise to secure the attention of the Most High God. High praise involves our strong singing and strong dancing. This is the kind of praise that king David gave to God. He danced with all his might that it caught the attention of God. You must be ready to dance until your dance catches God’s attention to emerge a wonder this month (Read 2Sam 6:14).

There are instances in the Bible where the battles of men were transfered to God through praise. Worthy of note is the one mentioned in 2Chronicles chapter 20 about the nation of Judah. Three nations besieged them. They were afraid, did not know what to do or how to face their enemies.

However, as they began to praise God, God took over their battle. God set ambushment against their enemies, and they were all smitten. God caused them to kill themselves, and none of them escaped (2Chr 20:22-24). This shall be your experience from this month, in Jesus name.

When we chose to fight our battles with the weapon of praise, God’s power to deliver arises. Praise moves God into action. God is everywhere but, He does not work everywhere. It is when we create the atmosphere of praise that He steps in. When praise is on, God is up. And when God arises mountains and obstacles are moved out of the way. When God appears every evil disappears. Just as light and darkness cannot cohabit, problems cannot stand where God’s Presence abides. God’s Presence manifests in the atmosphere of high praise.

PRAYER: As you praise God this month, the Lord shall arise and all enemies attacking your progress shall be smitten, in Jesus name.

TODAY’S TASK:
Give God at least 30mins praise today. Choose a time that will be convenient for you to praise God uninterrupted. Wonders shall be your new experience this month, in Jesus name.

DAILY CONFESSION:
This year 2024, I am advancing in adversity because I’ve been redeemed to flourish in hard times therefore my life shall be full of wonders. Amen and amen.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT: “Praise works wonders.”
