AUGUST PROPHETIC FOCUS:
(The Winning Wisdom – Prov 4:7)

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, AND SHEW THEE great and mighty things, which thou knowest not” (Jer 33:3)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, reveal your mind to me in every situation. Help me never to depend on human wisdom alone, in Jesus name – Amen.“
In life, challenges will come, but the good news is that God has solutions for every challenge. Divine wisdom is the ability to receive God’s strategies for solving life’s challenges. Human wisdom depends on experience and natural reasoning, but God’s wisdom reveals answers and solutions that the human mind could never discover on its own.
Whenever we seek God in prayer and remain sensitive to His voice, He gives us the right strategy for every situation. King Jehoshaphat experienced this when Judah was surrounded by a coalition of enemy nations (2Chr 20:1-22).
Naturally, the army should have prepared for battle, but as they sought God, He revealed an unusual strategy. Instead of placing soldiers at the front, He instructed them to send singers ahead, praising Him. Human reasoning could never have suggested such a plan. As they obeyed, God fought for them. Their enemies turned against one another, and Judah won the battle without lifting a sword.
Beloved MTDian, wisdom is not always doing what seems logical; it is discovering and following God’s strategies. Before making major decisions this month, learn to seek God’s direction. His wisdom will always take you further than human intelligence.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
Every battle confronting your life shall end in victory this month as you walk in divine wisdom, in Jesus name.
