ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matt 11:28)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, thank you for your Word to me today. Open my eyes to see what you have in store for me, in Jesus name – Amen.“
We give all the glory to God for the success of yesterday’s MTD Covenant Day of Mercy on Google Meet. Congratulations to everyone who participated. Your testimonies are sure to manifest, in Jesus name.
Divine direction is one of God’s greatest gifts to us believers. When God leads, He does not only show where to go; He also shows what to do, when, and how to do it. This is why His guidance produces rest.
Many people are working hard but making little progress because they are moving without God’s direction. Hard work without divine direction often results to hard life, but when God directs your steps, your efforts become productive and your journey becomes easy.
Like I pointed out last week, God’s direction may not always lead you along the easiest path, but it will always lead you along the safest and best path to your high places. It keeps you from costly mistakes, unnecessary struggles, and wasted years. As you follow His leading, He gives you the peace and confidence that come from knowing your life is in His hands.
So, before making any decision particularly this week, pause and seek God’s direction. A few moments in His Presence can save you from years of regret. Those who are led by God enjoy rest round about.
