TEXT: “But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word” (Acts 6:4)
Let me start by saying that as children of God, we have a divine inheritance – the Power of the Holy Spirit. This Power is deposited in us the moment we become born again, and this is a major key to unlocking our full potential. Without genuine salvation, it is impossible to experience this transformative Power of God. But when we are saved, we are empowered by the Holy Spirit and we become unstoppable. We cannot be intimidated or held back by the enemy. Instead, we will make a meaningful impact in the world around us.
The Power of God within us is the answer to every form of oppression – Hallelujah!
However, the power of God within you is waiting to be unleashed through fervent prayer. Just as a woman in labour travails to bring forth new life, your sincere and passionate prayers will release the divine Power that is been deposited in you. Until you fervently cry out to God, the Power in your remains untapped. The Bible says, ‘as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children’ (Isaiah 66:8b).
Do you know why the apostles experienced this Power in an unbelievable dimension? They prioritized prayer and the ministry of the word (Acts 6:2-4). So beloved, make heartfelt prayer your top priority from today, and you shall experience the manifest Power of God in your life.
Prayer is a strong force that releases the Power of God. If you cannot not travail in prayer, you cannot prevail in Power! I pray for the release of the spirit of grace and supplication in your life to the point of Power release, in Jesus name.
PROPHETIC PRAYER: Anyone that wants you dead shall die in your place. Anyone that wants you down shall go down for you. Your life is preserved and protected, in Jesus name.
