ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear” (Isaiah 59:2)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, thank you for today’s MTD. Let your Word penetrate my heart and minister to my need, in Jesus name – Amen.“
If you find yourself not progressing as ordained by God then something may be wrong that you need to pay attention to.
God expects us to make continuous progress irrespective of any situation we are in. The Bible says: “But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day” (Prov 4:18). If you find yourself up today and down tomorrow, the first thing you need to check is if the heaven over you is closed.
We all have a personal space in the heavenlies. It doesn’t matter the number of people on the earth today, there is a personal space for each person’s heaven to be opened for the rain of blessings to come down. Many people are ignorant and careless about this and they continue to struggle.
Even our Lord Jesus had his heaven opened immediately He was baptized (Matt 3:16). His personal space in the heavenlies had to open for His earthly ministry to blossom. Many people are struggling today because their heavens are closed. But I pray for you today, your space in the heavenlies shall continually open, in Jesus name.
One factor that is responsible for closed heaven as pointed out in today’s anchor scripture is lifestyle of sin and iniquity. Some Christians believe that living in sin does not matter because the blood of Jesus has washed our past, present and future sin. This is a lie of the devil. Apostle Paul said: “Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound?” (Rom 6:1). Little acts of disobedience and lifestyle of iniquity can shut the heaven of a man. You will not be a victim, in Jesus name.
So, is there any sin in your life that you need to confess and repent of today? Don’t hesitate to do so. The Arms of God are opened wide to receive you. If your life is right with your Maker, I guarantee you that your heaven shall continue to open and rain of blessings shall continually fall on your life.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
Today, I curse every seed of iniquity planted in you, in Jesus name.
