(MTD 14-DAY PRAYER & FASTING – DAY 8)
TEXT: “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth” (3John 1:2)
I welcome you to another week of outstanding testimonies for all of us in the MTD Family! Today Monday, is MTD Covenant Day of Mercy, a day to receive all that are available in redemption, where your faith determines the measure of your portion. He assured me that every form of oppression, especially sicknesses and diseases, will come to an end this week. I therefore prophesy that every form of oppression in your life comes to an end today, in Jesus name.
The truth is that nobody really wants to be sick. The earnest desire of everyone is to be in health. If this is your desire, I say to you congratulations because the God that heals is visiting you today and every challenge on your health shall give way, in Jesus name.
Be aware that sickness is a waster. I want you to reject it with everything in you. It is a waster of money, strength and time. In fact, it is a waster of everything that is wastable. That is why today’s anchor scripture says that God’s desire is for us not only to prosper, but also to be in health. This is important because when the devil oppresses you with sickness, your financial strength comes under threat. Do you remember the story of the woman with the issue of blood?
“And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse” (Mk 5:25-26).
This woman spent all that she had, yet no solution. She was tired, worn out, and lonely. But the good thing about her is that she was desperate. She lost all that she had but kept her desperation. It is desperation that drives away complacency and self-pity.
Sickness is a waster of wealth. I challenge you to get provoked today. A sick person in the hospital is referred to as patient. Please, loose your patience and be desperate to be free from that oppression today. Enough is enough.
ACTION STEP:
Approach the altar of prayer today and make demands on the restoration of your health and that of your loved ones. I’ll also like to come into agreement with you on that issue. Give me a call from 12pm.
