OCTOBER PROPHETIC FOCUS:
(Divine Visibility – Genesis 8:5)
Tuesday, 13th October 2026
By Pst Israel Olorunfemi
ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not” (John 1:4-5)
We give all the glory to God for the success of yesterday’s MTD Covenant Day of Mercy on Google Meet. God indeed flooded our lives with light and empowered us to exercise dominion over darkness. The truths shared during the meeting form the basis of our topics for the week.
Have you ever entered a dark room and struggled to find something that was right in front of you? The moment you switched on the light, you could see it clearly. The object had been there all along; it only needed light to become visible.
This explains what the theme of this month is all about. You may possess an amazing talent, run a good business, or have the ability to achieve something extraordinary, yet people may not recognize your value because you have not been brought into the limelight. Your potential is real, but you need God’s light to shine upon you and bring what you carry to the attention of those who need it.
Jesus said: “I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life” (John 8:12). As you walk with God and follow His leading from this month, He will cause your gifts to be recognized and create opportunities for you to express them, in Jesus name.
Therefore, beloved, don’t stop developing your gifts, remain faithful in what you do, and trust God to lead you to the right people and opportunities. You will shine again, in Jesus name.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
I pray that the light of God shines upon you and all that concerns you this month, in Jesus name.
