ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith” (1John 5:4)
SUPPORTING SCRIPTURE:
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Rom 10:17)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, thank you because your Word has the power to transform my life today. Let it be Lord, in Jesus name – Amen.”
Faith is a crucial key to living a life of victory as a believer. The Bible calls faith as “the victory that overcomes the world.” This shows that our faith is what triggers the victory we desire.
What is faith? Faith is believing God’s Word and acting on it, no matter what the situation looks like. It means standing on what God has said, even when everyone and everything around you suggests otherwise. So, whatever challenges you face, you already have what you need to overcome, your faith in God.
There will be moments when things don’t go as expected, and situations may try to shake you. But faith helps you remain steady. It keeps you focused on God’s Word instead of what is happening.
The supporting scripture above reminds us that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. That is, faith comes by hearing and understanding the Word of God. So, if your faith must remain strong, you must be a student of the Word. Refuse to be moved by what you see. Let your actions prove that you believe. Your victory is already established; faith is what makes it a reality.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
Total victory is your portion this season and always, in Jesus name.
