ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit” (John 12:24)
- DAILY PRAYER: “Father, thank you for the transformative power of Your Word. Let your Word through the Morning Tea Devotional today transform my life and destiny, in Jesus name – Amen.”
Praise God! We’re thankful to God for the success of our first MTD Covenant Day of Mercy live program. This is the beginning of great things! We pray that every participant will experience a flood of testimonies this week, in Jesus name.
This month, our focus is Fruitfulness in the MTD Family. With God’s grace and mercy, we will see the manifestation of this prophecy in our lives, in Jesus name.
Today’s anchor scripture reveals that living a fruitful life requires death to flesh. That is, letting go of self. Death to flesh means, you must trust God, even when your senses are saying otherwise. Don’t allow yourself to be held back by what you see, what you hear, and what you feel. To be fruitful, beloved, look to God in faith and let Him guide you.
It takes faith to be fruitful and faith doesn’t work with senses, it works by your sensitivity to God’s command and your readiness to obey His instructions. Many people are caged today by what they hear, several others are deceived by what they see and feel. You must be dead to all contrary feelings and opinions of men and stick to God’s Word for you to be fruitful in life.
For instance, God’s word says you are blessed, you’re rich, you’re strong, you’re highly favoured, you’re lifted, you’re on top, you’re promoted, that’s what you should believe. When you believe it, you will be empowered to become it!
PROPHETIC PRAYER: You’re free from self today, in Jesus name.
