ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; because it is written, Be holy, for I am holy” (1Peter 1:15-16)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, as I open my heart to your Word today, speak to me clearly. Let this message not just inform me, but transform me and prepare me for your visitation, in Jesus name – Amen.“
We give God all the glory for the success of yesterday’s Live program! My earnest prayer is that ear-twinkling testimonies will begin to manifest from that encounter, starting with yours, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
Divine visitation is never accidental. God moves with purpose, and His visitations are often triggered by people who aligned with His ways as revealed throughout Scripture.
For instance, the woman with the issue of blood attracted Jesus through her desperate faith (Mark 5). Cornelius drew divine attention through prayer and generous giving (Acts 10). Hannah’s fervent prayer brought God into her situation (1Sam 1). The Shunammite woman experienced divine visitation through her hospitality and by honouring the grace of God upon the Prophet (2Kings 4), etc.
These were not random events. Each one of them positioned themselves for divine visitation. From today, let’s examine certain key factors that attract divine visitation:
- A LIFESTYLE OF HOLINESS. Holiness is not optional, it is a must for anyone who desires deep fellowship with God. The atmosphere of holiness is where divine visitation becomes possible and intimacy with God is sustained. Holiness doesn’t mean perfection; it means choosing daily to live in a way that honours God. It’s about turning from sin, keeping your heart sensitive to God’s voice, and striving to remain clean in a world that is full of compromise.
People like Joseph, Daniel, Mary, etc, carried God’s Presence because they chose consecration over compromise. Beloved, if you desire to see God’s Hand move in your life this season, then let your life become a place He delights to inhabit. Stay pure, stay yielded, and stay close to Him.
Grace to please Him in all you do is yours today, in Jesus name.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
This is your season of divine visitation!
Every barrier to God’s Presence is broken in your life, in Jesus name.
