ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” (1Cor 15:57)
To God be all the glory for preserving our lives to see April 2025. I wish you and all MTDians a happy Easter celebration in advance. May the victory of this season be practically evident in your life and destiny, in Jesus name.
I want us to take a moment to thank God for all He did for us in March, especially for feeding us with His word through Morning Tea Devotional and introducing us to MTD weekly LIVE program. Someone said: “If you’re not grateful to God, you’re a great fool.” We’re not fools, and we won’t be. So today, April 1st, 2025, let’s take time out to give quality thanks to God.
However, what is God saying to us this April in the Morning Tea Devotional Family? Apostle Paul says: “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” (1Cor 15:57). He also says: “Now, thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place” (2Cor 2:14).
The above scriptures show that as children of God, we’re meant to live gloriously, victoriously, and triumphantly. Bishop Oyedepo says: “It’s normal to be challenged, but it’s unscriptural to be defeated.” We’re ordained as children of God to be victorious, no matter what battles we face. We cannot be defeated in any battle. No wonder apostle Paul says: “We’re more than conquerors…” (Rom 8:37).
I congratulate you today because the victory you’ve been waiting and longing for will manifest this month, in Jesus name.
In view of the above, April 2025, in the Morning Tea Devotional Family, is our month of: “ALL ROUND VICTORY” (1Cor 15:57). As we journey through God’s word together, your victory over every battle will be established, in Jesus name.
