TEXT: “And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them” (Acts 16:25)
Let me begin this morning by saying that the kingdom of God in which we belong is a kingdom that is full of mysteries. When you understanding these mysteries and subscribe to their demands, it will make to overcome all circumstances of life no matter how terrible they are. Praise is one of the mysteries you and I must engage this month for us to experience wonders. Praise is a mystery because we cannot understand its demands with human senses. We must engage it heartily this month if we will be wonders to our world.
The truth is that the toughest situation in your life right now will not require more than praise to become a testimony. You have prayed, yes! You have fasted, yes! You have sown seeds, of course yes! But the weapon that cannot fail to deliver is the weapon of praise. “And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed” (Acts 16:25-26).
No obstacle that cannot be turned into a miracle with the touch of God. This touch of God can be provoked by our genuine praise. No matter how many days you fast and how fervent your prayer has been, its power cannot be compared to the power in praise. You have waited on God and prayed enough about that situation. It is time to start waiting on Him in praise. Let’s turn on the switch of praise this month of April and as the Lord lives, you and I shall be raised as wonders in the end in Jesus name!
PRAYER: As you praise God today, you shall become a wonder to behold this month and onwards, in Jesus name!
TODAY’S TASK:
Give God minimum 30mins praise today. Choose a time that will be convenient for you to praise God uninterrupted for 30mins. Wonders shall be your new experience this month of April, in Jesus name.
DAILY CONFESSION:
This year 2024, I am advancing in adversity because I’ve been redeemed to flourish in hard times therefore my life shall be full of wonders. Amen and amen.
