TEXT: “And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not” (John1:5)
It is our month of light. With the light of God in and around you, no darkness can successfully hinder your progress this year. There is no negotiation between light and darkness. Darkness is helplessly helpless wherever there is light. When light shows up, darkness disappears. This month of February 2024, the light of God will enter your life and your family and all forms and forces of darkness will be shattered into pieces in Jesus name.
It is the light of God in you that puts you in command over the forces of darkness. The light of God you bear gives you dominion over the dark world. Jesus said, “As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world” (John 9:5). Anywhere you remove light, darkness takes over. Light guarantees our dominion over darkness any day any time but, access to light demands our desperation for the word of God.
The word of God is light. The Bible says, “The entrance of thy words giveth light…” (Ps119:130a). The word you receive determines the light you bear, which in turn gives you dominion over darkness. Whoever rejects the word of God has enthroned darkness.
While people in the world are hindered by darkness, and cannot see their way forward this year, through the light of God’s Word, we in the Morning Tea Devotional Family will always know what to do and shall continue to move forward in Jesus name. Our path like a shining light, will be brighter and brighter and brighter, in Jesus name. So, to enjoy the dominion of light, we must continually connect to God’s Word because it is the entrance of His Word that gives light.
PRAYER: Receive grace to study the Word of God to generate light, in Jesus name.
