21-DAY PRAYER & FASTING (DAY 12)
(Check the prayer guidelines below)
ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint” (Luke 18:1)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, thank you for your Word to me today. Appear to me via today’s MTD, in Jesus name – Amen.“
As you engage in the ongoing prayer and fasting, one thing you must guard against is giving up too quickly. Effective prayer and fasting require consistency. You may not see immediate changes in what you’re praying about, but that does not mean God is not working behind the scenes.
Prayer is an expression of our relationship with God, and relationships grow through persistence. God is not tired of hearing our voice, and He is not offended when we return to Him again and again with the same concern. In fact, our consistency shows that we truly trust Him and depend on Him.
During long fasting like this, there may be days when you feel weak or tempted to stop praying because nothing seems to be happening in the physical. Those moments are not signs of failure, they are the times to press deeper into God. More often than not, breakthroughs come to those who refuse to quit.
So beloved, keep showing up before God. Keep praying. Keep trusting Him. Even when you don’t see results yet, remain steadfast. Your consistency is opening doors, and your perseverance is positioning you for answers. God will surely respond to your prayer to His own glory.
