ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost” (Jude 1:20)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, thank you for today’s MTD. Open my heart to receive your Word for my change of story, in Jesus name – Amen.“
One of the greatest benefits of praying in tongues is spiritual edification. When we pray in the Holy Ghost, we are strengthening our spirit man and building our faith in God. It is God’s way of empowering us from within.
Life’s challenges can drain our spiritual energy if we are not intentional about staying connected to God. Praying in tongues helps us stay spiritually alert, sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, and fervent in our walk with God. It keeps the fire on the altar of our hearts burning.
This is why we gather every Friday for 30 minutes to pray in tongues. It is a time to recharge spiritually, stir up the gift of God within us, and keep our faith strong. As we pray, we are not wasting our time; we are building capacity, receiving strength, and keeping our spiritual fire burning.
Join us today by 3:00pm (Nigeria Time) as we pray together in the Holy Ghost and fan into flame the fire of God within us.
