ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: “I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass” (Isaiah 48:3)
- PERSONAL PRAYER: “Father, thank you for the power in Your Word that transforms. May the Morning Tea Devotional today transform my life and destiny, in Jesus name – Amen.”
We serve a God that does things over and again. If you have ever seen where He showed up suddenly in someone’s life and situation, both in scriptures and in today’s world, it is an indication that He can do it for you if you’re interested.
Throughout all of history, God had a way of moving suddenly in the interests of His people. It is your own turn for His sudden intervention, in Jesus name.
I want you to understand this morning that “a suddenly” is not “a process”, it is “a quickly, an immediate and unexpected thing.” The implication of this statement is that it will not take God decades to reorder your life. He can and will do it immediately you believe Him.
Let’s see some biblical examples of “suddenlies” that are not “processes” but are “quickly and immediately”:
- God spoke to the formless and void earth said: “Let there be light” and immediately there was light – not later! (Gen 1:3)
- Elijah spoke that there should not be rain three and a half years, and suddenly it did not rain for three and a half years! No record that there was rain after that decree until he prayed again (1Kings 17:1, James 5:17-18)
- Jonah went to preach at Nineveh and immediately the people of the city repented and received mercy! (Jonah 3:3-5)
- Jesus spoke to the woman with the spirit of infirmity, laid His hands on her, and suddenly she was made straight and glorified God! (Luke 13:13)
In all of the instances mentioned above, one thing that stood out was that each sudden miracle was a product of a spoken word!
There are so many things that are going to come into alignment this year for you and me, but we must begin to speak them into existence. Today’s anchor scripture pointed out that God spoke and then did it suddenly!
You must speak your “suddenlies” to be this month! Let your mouth be full of faith this season! Say things like, “Suddenly, my child will be healed! Suddenly, my spouse/children will be saved! Suddenly, God is going to do what He said He would do! Suddenly, my appointment letter will arrive, Suddenly my promotion will come, etc.”
Don’t wait for miracles to happen, declare your miracle into manifestation and it will happen for you suddenly.
ACTION STEP: Now, raise your hand to heaven and declare your suddenlies into existence now!
PRAYER: Whatever good that you declare with your mouth today over your life and destiny shall manifest suddenly this month, in Jesus name.
