ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek” (Rom 1:16)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, thank you for the power in Your Word that transforms. May the Morning Tea Devotional today transform my life and destiny, in Jesus name – Amen.“
Another powerful way to stir the power of God within you is by preaching the gospel. The gospel is not just a message; it carries the Power of God to save, to heal, and to deliver. When you declare it with your tongue, which also carries power, you release a powerful force that the enemy cannot resist.
Proclaiming the gospel is a double release of power. Your tongue carries power, and the gospel is loaded with God’s Power. When both work together, you become a threat to the kingdom of darkness.
You cannot remain silent about the gospel and walk in Power. Paul said: “Woe is me if I do not preach the gospel” (1Cor 9:16). And Acts 1:8 says: “You shall receive power after the Holy Ghost comes upon you, and you shall be witnesses unto me…”
It is time we boldly share the gospel of Jesus; at work, in school, in your shop, online, and everywhere. Someone around you needs to hear that Jesus is the answer to their problem. Don’t be ashamed about it. Bishop David Oyedepo said: “It is foolishness to be shameful of what is gainful.”
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
I pray for you today. May boldness come upon you afresh to declare the gospel. From today, may the Power of God in you find expression, in Jesus name.
