JULY PROPHETIC FOCUS:
(Praise Works Wonders – Exo 15:11)
Thursday, 16th July 2026
By Pst Israel Olorunfemi
ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble” (James 4:6)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, clothe me with humility. Help me to always acknowledge you as the Source of every good thing in my life, in Jesus name – Amen.“
Genuine praise emanates from a humble heart. A humble person has no difficulty praising God because they know that everything they have and everything they are is by His grace.
Pride, on the other hand, robs people of genuine praise. A proud person believes his achievements are the product of his own strength, wisdom, or ability. That was the mistake of the rich fool in Luke 12:16-21. He saw his prosperity as his own accomplishment and forgot the God who made it possible.
When you recognize that every open door, every success, or opportunity is a gift from God, praise becomes your natural response. The more humble you are before God, the more sincerely you will worship and praise Him.
Never allow success to make you forget your Source. The higher God lifts you, the louder your praise should become.
For every achievement and blessing you have enjoyed, lift your hands and give Him all the glory.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
Receive the garment of humility to remain humble as God lifts you, in Jesus name.
