TEXT: “But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel” (Psalm 22:3)
Beloved, we need to come to the consciousness of our need for the tangible Presence of God in our lives. Most times, we are in need because we don’t know what we need.
The Presence of God is what we need to command exploit in life. As good as education, skills or commitment to what we are doing is, it cannot, in any way be compared to having the tangible Presence of God. This is why we need to know what it takes to keep His Presence in our life.
We emphasized last week Friday that if you will retain/sustain the Presence of God in your life, you must maintain a holy life.
What more?
SEEK HIM DAILY:
You want to secure and sustain God’s Presence in your life? Then seek Him daily. Seek His word daily in your devotion. Spend time with Him daily in Bible study and prayer. Meditate daily in the Word of God. Do not miss reading your Morning Tea Devotional that is sent to you no matter how busy you are because it helps to bring the Presence of God closer to you daily.
LIFESTYLE OF PRAISE:
To sustain God’s Presence in your life, maintain a lifestyle of praise. Sing Him a Love Song. The Bible says that God inhabits the praises of His people. When you start praising and worshipping God regardless of where you are or what is happening, you will sense His Presence because you no longer focus on yourself, but on Him. When we open the door of our hearts to love God through our heartfelt praise, He will meet us there.
PRAYER: I pray that God will cloth you with the garment of praise. No more heaviness in your spirit, in Jesus name!
This is where we draw the curtain for the month of October 2023. God bless you for being part of the MTD.
DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2023, I am finally on a Covenant Highway, Jesus is giving me Answers and I am enjoying Rest Round About – Amen and Amen!
FOOD FOR THOUGHT: “Most times, we are in need because we don’t know what we need.”
