Friday, 15th May 2026

By Pst Israel Olorunfemi

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer” (Rom 12:12)

SUPPORTING SCRIPTURE:
“And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint” (Luke 18:1)

PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, thank you for your Word. As I read today’s MTD, let your Word penetrate my heart and strengthen my faith, in Jesus name – Amen.”

Let me start by saying that it takes more than good intentions or strong desire to keep a prayer altar alive; it takes grace. In the midst of pressure, busy schedules, and distractions, many believers gradually become weak in prayer.

The truth is, beloved, whatever is not sustained will eventually die. That is why we must continually seek God for grace to remain steadfast on the altar of prayer.

One of the ways we keep our spiritual fire burning is by praying consistently in Tongues. And this forms one of the reasons we gather together every Friday to pray in tongues. This weekly Prayer altar as a Devotional family, is a time of spiritual refreshing, strengthening, and revival. As we pray in the Spirit, our hearts are always stirred, faith strengthened, and our inner man energized.

Please, do not miss today’s edition. Your consistency in prayer, especially in tongues, can preserve your spiritual strength and position you for greater encounters with God.

It’s holding today from 3:00pm – 3:30pm (Nigeria time).
