TEXT: “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations” (Jer 1:5)
OPENING PRAYER: “Father, I recognize the transformative power of your Word. As I read today’s Morning Tea Devotional, I ask that your truth penetrate my heart and mind, transforming my life and shaping my destiny, in Jesus name – Amen.”
I want to start by saying that undeniable/ all round profits is God’s plan for you and I. No one desires to experience loss or stagnation in life. As we journey through the Bible this month, the Holy Spirit shall illuminate our understanding and guide us toward the realization of all round profits, in Jesus name.
What is Profit? Profit is defined as the fruitful outcome of one’s efforts! Salvation, spiritual gifts, calling, career, or business – are all meant for us to make profit in life. The Bible says: “In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury” (Prov 14:23).
What are the factors that determine undeniable/all round profits in life?
- KNOW YOUR PURPOSE
Understanding your purpose is crucial for a profitable life. There is no higher or better reason to live for than living out God’s purpose for your life! There is nothing that can bring as much satisfaction as pursuing and fulfilling God’s assignment for your life. No greater adventure than walking with God and fulfilling the things He has designed for you.
From today’s anchor scripture, it is clear that everyone of us was born to fulfill a purpose on earth. When Pilate asked Jesus whether He was the King, Jesus replied: “Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth…” (John 18:37). Our limited time on earth demands that we live intentionally, to fulfill our divine assignment (also known as our purpose).
So, my question to you is, do you know your reason for living? Pursuing your purpose for living is what guarantees your profits in life. If you haven’t discovered it yet, take a moment to pray to God today and sincerely ask Him to reveal His purpose for your life. Knowing your purpose will give you direction and focus. Wherever there is focus, there will be speed and progress, and when you combine focus with speed, you will experience profits and fulfillment in life.

Go to God in prayer today, ask Him to show you His purpose for your life!
