TEXT: “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he” (Prov 29:18)
I want to welcome you again to this great year. By the Presence of God in our lives and homes this year, we shall advance irrespective of the adversity, in Jesus name.
If this year 2024 will be good for you and for me, we need to take today’s anchor scripture very seriously. We need to make it our watchword. The truth is that where there is no vision, people will act and react negatively at a slightest situation. Where there is no vision people will be swept away with the adversity of the world. Vision is what will determine how far you go this year. It will determine the outcome of your life in every situation. Vision engenders advancement irrespective of adversary or adversity.
A man/woman of vision cannot die in adversity. A visionary cannot be stopped by any opposition. A visionless man/woman sees no reason to continue in the life’s journey.
Vision means the ability to see farther than what your physical eyes can look. Vision is to see your future before it comes to be. If that is the case, you must develop an eyes that see this year and not the eyes that look.
God told Abraham to look towards the east, west, north and south of the land, that the land that he can see He will give him and his seeds forever (Gen. 13:14). Beloved, you must not only see what is but what should be in every situation you find yourself this year. I encourage you this morning to have a picture of your life, business, family, career and destiny for this year 2024. Why? It will help you to be hopeful, full of faith to receive your desires from God. It is Vision that will strengthen you to continue against all odds!!
Vision will determine how God will respond to you with His help this year. In view of this, January 2024, is our month of: VISION ENGENDERS ADVANCEMENT (Prov 29:18).
PRAYER: I welcome you to your year of advancement in all areas of life and existence, in Jesus name!
DAILY CONFESSION:
This year 2024, I am advancing in adversity because I’ve been redeemed to flourish in hard times therefore my life shall be full of wonders. Amen and amen.
