TEXT: “Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee” (Jer 32:17)
God is MTD Covenant Day of Mercy. A day we trust God to meet our need by His mercy. And the Holy Spirit said I should tell you that God can turn your situation around. There is nothing God cannot do. No situation is too hard or impossible for Him. If you are facing desperate circumstances right now, congratulations because this week is your week.
Sometimes, when people go through a difficult situation for a long time, they tend to believe that things will always remain the same way. They become accustomed to their circumstances. Beloved, I don’t want you to get used to that situation. God is still on the throne, and He hasn’t given up on you – so don’t give up on Him! It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been facing that problem; the Power of God can turn it around. He is still God, and nothing is too difficult for Him.
Do you have insurmountable problems that seem permanent because they have been in your life for so long? Do you believe that the setbacks you have experienced, the health challenges you’re currently facing, or the problems you’re encountering are permanent? The good news is that God is about to free you from that negative situation.
Hear me child of God, God can turn your negative situation around. I have the feeling that you are about to be free from that situation. Consider the woman who had an issue of blood for twelve years. When she heard about Jesus, she knew that the Power of God could turn her situation around. Similarly, there was a man who had been living with a terrible condition for thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him, He knew that he had been struggling for a long time. Did Jesus give up on helping them because of the duration of their condition? No! The power of God turned their situation around (Mark 5:25-34; John 5:1-9).
God can do more than what you could ever ask or think today. Sarah thought to herself, ‘…After I have grown old, shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?’ And so she laughed (Gen 18:12). Are you in doubt and feeling overwhelmed, with no solution in sight, like Sarah? Just remember that God can turn it around.
ACTION STEP:
Bring that negative situation to God in prayer today, and be confident that by His mercy, He will work a miracle before the end of this week. I will also like to pray with you regarding that issue. Call our number above from 12pm.
PRAYER: That impossible situation of your life shall suddenly turn for good and your mouth shall be filled with laughter, in Jesus name.
DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2024, I am advancing in adversity because I’ve been redeemed to flourish in hard times therefore my life shall be full of wonders. Amen and amen.
