ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“And He said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting” (Mark 9:29)
This year 2026, as our year of Next Level Breakthrough in the MTD Global Family, is going to be full of diverse encounters that will culminate in supernatural surprises for us all. I’ve discovered, time and again, that prayer and fasting are profitable endeavours in the kingdom of God, as they help us to be fully prepared for all that God has in store for us in the new year.
No matter how great a prophetic word is, oppositions must be cleared for it to be fulfilled. This is because every great door is often accompanied by satanic resistances. If these resistances are not removed, the prophecy may never come to reality. This is why prayer and fasting are vital requirements to clear oppositions that may stand against our Next Level Breakthrough for the year.
Furthermore, apostle Paul said, “For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries” (1Cor 16:9). No form of resistance can withstand the force of prayer and fasting.
In view of this, our ANNUAL 21-DAY PRAYER AND FASTING will run from Monday, 5th January, to Sunday, 25th January 2026. Interestingly, many Church denominations will be observing same during the same period, leaving us with no excuse not to participate.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
As we engage heartily, sincerely, and faithfully, our portion of Open Doors that will lead to our Next Level Breakthrough in 2026 shall be released speedily, in Jesus name.
