TEXT: “For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning” (Psalm 30:5)
Let’s examine some impacts of favour as we get set for today’s MTD Appointed Day of Favour. Favour sets you up and connect you with helpers of destiny. By favour, weeping is not permitted to last beyond a night.
Let’s see two examples from scriptures:
- God favoured Joseph in prison and the prison officer committed other prisoners to him. It was favour that connected him to Pharaoh’s cup bearer who in due season introduced him in the palace and he was released from prison to take on a position of great influence as Prime Minister of Egypt (Gen 41:41-43). Favour put Joseph in a position of influence and affluence. That will be your experience from this day forward. Favour will locate you and place you in a position of influence and affluence, in the name of Jesus Christ.
- By favour Ruth was connected to Boaz and she became one of the influential women in scriptures. Through her, the Lord Jesus, The Saviour of the world, was born (Ruth 4:13). It’s your turn! You’re coming out of obscurity today by divine favour! Expect strange connections from today that will permanently terminate struggles, poverty, pains and sorrow from your life. As the Lord lives, who gave me MTD mandate, you will share your own testimony of favour, in Jesus name.
