TEXT: “…for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me” (Heb 13:5b-6)
There are always ways out of every situation in life. If you’re experiencing delay in any area of your life, there are ways to handle it and of the ways is to constantly hold on to the promises of God by speaking them to yourself boldly.
If you want to humiliate the devil who wants to capitalize on the delay to make you doubt God, start speaking the promises of God with gratitude as if they have already been granted to you. As you are speaking them, you are building up your faith.
The Bible says faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God (Rom 10:17). As you speak those promises of God to yourself continously, what happens is that your mind stays focused on Jesus instead of the situation. As you speak the word of God to yourself daily, you will find it easier to let go of the problem and let God solve it.
It’s important also that you realize that God loves you, that He has heard your prayer, and that He wants His promises to manifest in your life. While you wait, it is crucial to trust in His faithfulness and to never give up on His promises. Remember, delayed does not mean denied when it comes to God’s promises.
PRAYER: Your waiting is over, in Jesus name.
DAILY CONFESSION: This year 2023, I am finally on a Covenant Highway, Jesus is giving me Answers and I am enjoying Rest Round About – Amen and Amen!
FOOD FOR THOUGHT: “Delayed does not mean denied.”
