(MTD 14-DAY PRAYER & FASTING – DAY 10)
TEXT: “And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest” (Exo 33:14)
As a believer, your greatest asset in life is the Presence of God with you, not the money you have in your bank account or your material possession! God was with Joseph and he prospered (Gen 39:2). Dear child of God, God’s Presence is what guarantees testimonies. God in today’s anchor scripture said; My Presence will go with you and your testimonies will follow. Whatever it is that you want in life, when you have the Presence of God you will not lack them.
The reason so many people are not experiencing testimonies today is because God’s Presence which guarantees testimony is not with them. Hear me, until you secure God’s Presence in your life, you may never gain access to your presents in life. The reason is because, He who is with you determines what happens in your life. God’s Presence is a force that compels the release of your testimonies.
To keep the Presence of God in your life:
- MAINTAIN A CLEAN LIFE
Do you know why sometimes you don’t sense God’s Presence with you? It is because there’s something blocking the communication between you and God. Though God is ever present but, your connectivity can be affected by the unconfessed sin in your life. David said, “When I kept silent (about his sin) my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long… Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity” (Psalm 32:3-5 ). This should be the attitude and confession of someone that will enjoy God’s Presence in a consistent way.
If you feel God is far from you, it is because you’ve avoided Him. You need to confess to Him all hidden sin and ask Him to forgive you (1John 1:9). When your fellowship with Him is restored, the communication can flow again and you will live in His Presence consistently.
However, prayer and fasting brings liberty from captivity. It loosens the bands of wickedness and breaks every yoke of captivity (Isaiah 58:6). This simply means, fasting enforces liberty from captivity and deliverance from bondage. If you are in any bondage or you are being tormented by the forces of darkness, you can be free via fasting and prayer. I proclaim your liberty from all oppressions of the devil today, in Jesus name .
DAY 10 PRAYER GUIDELINES:
- Father, in the name of Jesus, I decree my liberty and the liberty of my loved ones from all bands of wickedness today (Isaiah 58:6).
- Father, let every yoke of sin, sickness, sorrow, pain, etc, be broken off my life today, in Jesus name (Isaiah 58:6).
- Father, let there be massive salvation of souls via MTD in Jesus name.
- Present any other need to God now.
