ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint” (Luke 18:1)
SUPPORTING SCRIPTURE:
“But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost” (Jude 1:20)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, baptise me with the Spirit of grace and supplication via today’s meeting, in Jesus name – Amen.“
One of the greatest mistakes a believer can make is to give up on prayer. Prayer is not merely a religious activity; it is a lifeline that keeps us connected to God and empowers us to prevail in life’s battles. Jesus, in today’s anchor scripture, taught that men ought always to pray and not to faint because He knew that challenges would come and that only those who remain prayerful would overcome.
In particular, we must not give up praying in the Holy Ghost. When we pray in the Spirit, we strengthen our faith and position ourselves to receive divine help. Many things are accomplished in the realm of the spirit long before they become visible in the natural world.
This is one of the reasons why, as a Devotional Family, we gather every Friday on Google Meet for 30 minutes of praying in the Holy Ghost. We understand that spiritual strength is not sustained by wishes but by consistent prayer. Praying together help us stay spiritually charged, focused, and aligned with God’s purpose.
Today is that moment again. Do not miss it. Set aside every distraction and join us as we lift our voices to God in the Holy Ghost.
