ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“For Sarah became pregnant and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the appointed time God had told him” (Gen 21:2 AMP)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, let your Word via MTD today activate your timing in my life, in Jesus name – Amen.“
Let me begin by saying that there is a set time in God’s calendar when everything He promised begins to unfold, not a second early, and not a moment late. This is what we see in Sarah’s story in today’s anchor scripture. After many years of waiting, hoping, and wondering if it would ever happen, God did what He said He would do, at the appointed time.
The Holy Spirit ministered to me from the phrase: “the appointed time” that God is never in a hurry, and He’s never behind schedule either. He doesn’t just respond emotionally; He works by divine timing. And when that time comes, nothing can stop what He has planned.
Sarah had reached the point where hope seemed to have gone. That’s why she laughed when she heard the promise again (Gen 18:12). But God had not forgotten His promise. At the appointed time, the womb that was closed opened. The years of delay were swallowed up by one moment of divine fulfillment.
You may have heard promises, received prophecies, and done all that is required, yet nothing has changed. I declare to you today, your appointed time has come! This month, things that were stagnant in your life will begin to move. Your seeds of prayer and obedience will begin to produce visible fruit this month, in Jesus name.
The same God who remembered Sarah will remember you. This is your Genesis 21:2 moment. That which seemed impossible in your life is now possible. What has been delayed is now released. What you have carried in faith, you will now hold it in your hands, in Jesus name.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
I declare that your appointed time has come. Every delay is broken! The God of fulfillment is visiting you now, in Jesus name!
