SEPTEMBER PROPHETIC FOCUS:
(Holy Spirit, My Helper – John 14:16)

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“The fire shall ever be burning upon the altar; it shall never go out” (Lev 6:13)
Beloved, God does not want the fire He has ignited in our lives this month to go out. There are things God has started in us by the Holy Ghost this month that we must deliberately sustain. Spiritual fire does not remain burning by accident; it must be continually fed.
One way we keep the fire burning is by staying committed to the Word, prayer, fellowship with the Holy Spirit, and obedience to God’s instructions. We must also be careful of anything that can quench the Spirit or weaken our passion for God.
Please, don’t ever become so familiar with God that prayer becomes a burden, or the Word becomes ordinary, and fellowship with the Holy Spirit becomes optional. Keep your altar burning. Keep seeking God. Keep growing. Keep serving. Keep obeying the voice of the Holy Spirit.
Beloved, your fire must not go out. Whatever God has deposited in you this month, that is, your passion for Him, your prayer life, your hunger for His Word, your calling and your desire to serve, receive grace to keep it burning, in Jesus name.
This is where we draw the curtain for the month of September, our Month of The Holy Spirit, My Helper. Your encounters with the Holy Spirit shall remain with you for life, in Jesus name.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
Grace to remain passionate in your pursuit of God is yours today and always, in Jesus name.
