JULY PROPHETIC FOCUS:
(Praise Works Wonders – Exo 15:11)

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness” (Psalm 150:2)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, thank you for the gift of another day. As I read today’s MTD, open my eyes to see what you are showing me, in Jesus name – Amen.“
Praise is not a favour we offer to God; it’s a debt we owe Him. The Bible says: “Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.” (Psalm 150:6). God who created us, gave us life, redeemed us, sustained us, and daily loads us with benefits deserves our wholehearted praise.
Our anchor scripture gives us the basis for this. Firstly, we praise Him for His mighty acts, the countless blessings, victories, provisions, protection, and mercies we enjoy every day. And secondly, we praise Him according to His excellent greatness. In other words, even if God never did anything for us, His greatness alone makes Him worthy of our praise.
As a Devotional family, we have every reason to lift our voices in thanksgiving. For thirteen years, the Lord has remained faithful to us as a Devotional body. Day after day, week after week, month after month, and year after year, He has fed us with His life-transforming Word. He has preserved this mandate, sustained His servants, answered prayers, and continually manifested His faithfulness among us. Truly, the Lord has done great things for us.
Beloved, let your praise this month be intentional. Don’t praise God only during church services or devotional times. Let your heart overflow with gratitude always as you reflect on His faithfulness. God who has kept you this far is worthy of all your praise.
So, today, set aside 15 uninterrupted minutes to praise God. Don’t ask for anything. Simply thank Him for His mighty acts in your life, and celebrate His faithfulness over your family and the Morning Tea Devotional mandate.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
I see God showing Himself strong on your behalf this month, in Jesus name.
