ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
”Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life” (Rom 6:4 – NKJV)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, thank you for your Word. Minister to my heart and strengthen my walk with you, in Jesus name – Amen.“
Beloved, newness of life means a fresh start, but more than that, it means a completely new way of living. Through Jesus Christ, our old life, full of sin, fear, and defeat, has been buried, and a new life has begun.
When Jesus died, our old self died with Him. When He rose again, we were raised into a new life, a life of victory, strength, and freedom from bondage. You must understand that this is not just a promise; it is our present reality in Christ.
That is why this month is our month of Total Victory. We are not struggling to become victorious, we are already victorious because of what Jesus did on the Cross. His resurrection is the proof of our victory over sin, fear, and limitations.
However, today’s anchor scripture says we should walk in this newness of life. That means it should be our daily decision. You must choose to think differently, speak differently, and live differently this season and always.
Don’t go back to the old ways of thinking or living. Don’t allow fear, guilt, or defeat to control you again. That life is gone. You have been raised together with Christ in heavenly places.
Beloved, walk in this reality. Walk like someone who has won. Speak like someone who is free. Live like someone who has been given a new beginning. This is your new life, new identity, and victory in Christ.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
You’re free from guilt, fear and deception of the devil today, in Jesus name.
