ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross” (Col 2:14)
This is wishing you and your family happy Easter celebration. It shall be to you a season of total victory, in Jesus name.
Easter is the greatest demonstration of God’s love for humanity. Jesus took upon Himself everything that stood against us, our sins, our guilt, our failures, and every accusation written against us. The Bible calls it the “handwriting of ordinances,” a record of debt we could never pay back. Jesus took it all and nailed it to the Cross, hallelujah!
This means that on the Cross, a divine exchange took place. Jesus took our place so we could take His place. He took our sin so we could receive His righteousness. He took our shame so we could walk in glory and dignity. He took our condemnation so we could stand justified before God.
The beauty of Easter, therefore, is not just that Jesus died, it is that everything that was against us was completely dealt with. The debt has been canceled. The record has been erased. The price has been fully paid, once and for all.
This is why you don’t have to live under guilt, fear, or condemnation. In Christ, you are forgiven, accepted, and made new. Your past no longer has the power to define your future. Glory to God!
Beloved, don’t return to carrying what Jesus has already taken away. Don’t hold on to guilt that God has released you from. Instead, receive His forgiveness fully and walk boldly in the new life He has given you.

My prayer is that this Easter season will mark the beginning of your total victory, in Jesus name.
