ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go” (Joshua 1:7 NIV)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, thank you for today’s MTD. Open my eyes to see what you have in store for me today, in Jesus name – Amen.“
One of the secrets to undeniable progress is obedient to prophetic instructions. Prophetic instructions are directions given by God through His servants to guide us into the next phase of our life. Though these instructions may appear simple, they carry divine power to produce extraordinary results. Sometimes, the struggle in your life can be avoided if only you pay attention prophetic instructions.
A clear example is Peter’s experience in Luke 5:4-6. After toiling all night without catching any fish, Simon Peter received a simple but powerful instruction from the Lord: “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.” When Peter obeyed that instruction, the result was a boat-sinking, net-breaking order of catch. Following one word from the Master eliminated his struggle.
What about the story of the wedding at Cana? Mary, the mother of Jesus told the servants: “Whatever He says to you, do it.” As they followed Jesus’ instruction to fill the waterpots with water, the water miraculously turned into wine (John 2:5-9). A simple act of obedience triggered a miracle that averted shame.
Beloved, when God sends a word to you through His servant and you obey it, you will make progress regardless of the opposition around you. Even in difficult situations, prophetic instructions can position you for your next level breakthrough. What looked like a season of struggle can turn into a season of advancement as you follow the direction God has given you through His servants.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
My prayer is that your heart be sensitive enough to recognize and obey divine instructions, in Jesus name.
