ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
“And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not” (1Kings 18:44)
PERSONAL PRAYER:
“Father, open my eyes to see what you have in stock for me in today’s MTD, in Jesus name – Amen.“
Beloved, if your desire is to see a heavy downpour of rain of blessings in your life, then don’t ever ignore divine signals.
After three and a half years of drought, Elijah went up to the mountain to pray for rain because God had promised that rain was coming. He prayed earnestly and kept sending his servant to look at the sky. Six times the servant said there was nothing, but the seventh time he saw a little cloud, as small as a man’s hand.
This small cloud did not look like rain, but Elijah recognized it as a signal that rain was coming. That small cloud was the beginning of a heavy downpour.
God often announces ‘big miracles’ with ‘small signals.’ Before the heavy rain comes, there is usually a small cloud. Before a major breakthrough, there may be a small shift. Before open doors, there may be a simple instruction. Do not ignore the small signs around you.
Many people miss their blessing because they ignore divine signals. Elijah did not ignore the little cloud. He immediately declared to Ahab to run lest the rain stop him. He understood that when God sends a signal, the manifestation will surely follow.
Beloved, do not ignore the signals God is showing you. What looks little today will surely become a great testimony tomorrow. When you see the signal, respond with faith and expectation. The cloud may be small, but the rain will be heavy.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
You will not miss your rain this season, in Jesus name.
