ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: “And the name of the second called he Ephraim: For God hath caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction” (Gen 41:52).
- DAILY PRAYER: “Father, thank you for the transformative power of Your Word. Let your Word through the Morning Tea Devotional today transform my life and destiny, in Jesus name – Amen.”
Fruitfulness is unattainable without understanding its meaning. The blessings of God are hidden in mysteries, and it takes the help of the Holy Spirit to
unravel them. From the foundation of the world, God’s agenda for us has been to be fruitful and multiply, as stated in Genesis 1:28a: “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it…”
The question isn’t whether God wants us to be fruitful, but rather, what can we do to be fruitful? Knowing what to do to be fruitful requires revelation, which is the mission of the Holy Spirit. What you hear is information, but what you see is revelation.
My prayer for you today is that your eyes of understanding be enlightened to see what we’re about to share in the MTD platforms this month, so you can take full delivery of your portion in Jesus name.
So, what is fruitfulness? In this context, fruitfulness means ‘evidence or proofs of God’s faithfulness in one’s life.’ There’s nothing more powerful than having evidence to show that God is good! Evidence speaks louder than words, and it’s more convincing than explanations.
You may have tried to explain God’s faithfulness before, but from now on, there will be evidence of His faithfulness in your life, in Jesus name. The world is waiting to see the evidence of God in your life, not just to hear your explanations (Rom 8:19).
PROPHETIC PRAYER: As the Lord lives, your life will not lack evidence this month, in Jesus name.
