TEXT: “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Phil 4:19)
OPENING PRAYER: “Father, I recognize the transformative power of your Word. As I read today’s Morning Tea Devotional, I ask that your Word penetrate my heart and mind, transforming my life and shaping my destiny, in Jesus name – Amen.”
We give all glory to God Almighty for the gift of another beautiful and promising day. I pray that the blessing that will culminate in your all round profits shall manifest before the end of today, in Jesus name.
Today’s anchor scripture tells the story of the Philippian Church, whose members willingly gave their resources to support Apostle Paul’s ministry. In response, Paul prophetically declared that God would supply all their needs according to His riches in glory (Phil 4:19). This prophetic word was fulfilled in their lives. Similarly, every prophetic word spoken over you this month will come to pass in your life, in Jesus name.
We have established that God blesses those who make sacrifices to serve Him. This divine principle has no exceptions. Everyone who follows it experiences a blessing. From now on, the proofs of your sacrifices will manifest, in Jesus name. The Bible and contemporary testimonies abound, confirming that whatever you sow into God’s kingdom yields abundant blessings in your life.
The Bible says: “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap” (Gal 6:7).
If you’re a farmer, you reap what you sow. If you plant tomatoes, you won’t harvest potatoes. If you plant cassava, corn won’t grow. Similarly, in life, the Bible says, ‘Whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap’ (Gal 6:7-8). Fear often holds us back from sowing. The enemy’s strategy is to fill you with fear, discouraging you from taking the first step towards sowing seeds for a bountiful harvest. Fear is the enemy’s driving force.
Don’t let fear prevent you from fulfilling your purpose. If God has placed a seed in your heart; don’t wait for perfect time. Step out of your comfort zone, overcome fear, and obey God’s leading. Remember, seed time and harvest are guaranteed, and waiting for perfect timing may cause you to miss your own harvest. Take the first step, trust God, and you will reap His blessings in return. Make a sacrifice today.
PRAYER: Your seed shall return as bumper harvest, in Jesus name.
