TEXT: “But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel” (Psalms 22:3)
You can only maximize any virtue when you know its benefits. Praise is a strong force that guarantees sudden turnaround in any situation. The reason is because God is in praise (Ps 22:3). There is no situation in life that is strong enough to defy the power of praise.
Before I mention another profit of praise, as a reminder, I said yesterday that having God’s tangible Presence is one of the profits of praise (Ps 22:3). Yes, praise brings God’s Presence into any situation. Anything is capable of changing when you engage praise. Whenever you are faced with a situation you don’t know how to handle, switch to praise. Praise is a very powerful force that move the Hand of God in our lives. Anytime you are going through a challenging situation, put on your garment of praise. That is not the time to complain or murmur, rather it is the time to engage God’s Presence via praise.
- ACCESS TO THE VOICE OF GOD
Our praise guarantees our access to the voice of God. Access to the voice of God is the cheapest way to overcome all Assyrian-type of situations in life. The Bible says: “Ye shall have a song, as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goeth with a pipe to come into the mountain of the Lord, to the mighty One of Israel. And the Lord shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones. For through the voice of the Lord shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod” (Isaiah 30:29-31). Those who hear God never miss their steps in life. They enjoy divine guidance. This shall be your new experience from now on. You will not miss your steps again, in Jesus name.
PRAYER: As you praise God today, I see a sudden turnaround for you, in Jesus name!
TODAY’S TASK:
Give God at least 30mins uninterrupted joyful praise today! Choose a time that will be convenient for you. Wonders shall be your new experience this month, in Jesus name.
DAILY CONFESSION:
This year 2024, I am advancing in adversity because I’ve been redeemed to flourish in hard times therefore my life shall be full of wonders. Amen and amen.
