TEXT: “Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom” (Prov 18:1)
As we draw close to the end of the month, I want to quick answer some questions in the heart of some of us in the MTD Family today. Questions like: “How do I discover my vision from God? Or how am I sure the vision I currently have is from God?” I want to make it clear again this morning that answer to questions like this is very important because your future depends on the discovery of your vision from God. You make it effortlessly in your place of assignment because everything you need to succeed is supplied by God as backups.
Beloved child of God, in case you don’t know your vision for the year yet, the truth is that you cannot know it without first having a burning desire. What you don’t desire you don’t deserve. You must desire to know the plan of God for you this year. It is this desire that will drive you into your closet where you are left alone with God until your answer drops.
Prophet Habakkuk when found in similar situation said in chapter 2 verse 1 that: “I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and I will watch to see what He will say unto me…” If you’re yet to know your God-given plan for the year, be ready to separate yourself and be alone with God to discover His plan for you. The truth is that it is not too late to do that. Go to God in prayer.
And to the MTDian that says I don’t know whether the vision I have is from God or not. I want to let you know that the vision that comes from God comes with peace. If you lose your peace for taking certain steps, check it, the step is probably wrong or taken prematurely. The vision from God comes with peace, seeks to glorify God the Giver and to promote His kingdom on earth. If you’re at peace and if to promote God’s kingdom is your priority, then that vision is from God and He is ready to back you up to fulfill it. God revealed the plan to prophet Habakkuk, He will show you your own. Go to Him in prayer.
PRAYER: You shall not miss your place in destiny, in Jesus name.

This year 2024, I am advancing in adversity because I’ve been redeemed to flourish in hard times therefore my life shall be full of wonders. Amen and amen.
